I love the way it looks and the music is so lovely. I feel relax everytime I play it. But I must admit that the packaging is not so perfect as it was wrapped in bubble wrap only and packed in plastic bag. I recommend you to pack in a box when delivery next time cause it has to be delivered far away. Lucky that it wouldn't break in to pieces.

The tune never grows old. Small and sleek it fits into the smallest of places even on an over crowded makeup table lol.

I got this a bit ago for my boyfriend for Christmas, (It's his favorite Disney song, and we went to Disney together earlier this year so it should be really special to him.) and I love it! It sounds great and it's beautiful, I can't wait to give it to him! The only thing is, I didn't get a tracking number. So, I wasn't really sure if it had actually been shipped yet or not, and I wasn't sure when it would get here. I emailed the company saying that I hadn't gotten one and about a week later they emailed me back asking what my order number was, but by that point I had already gotten it. So, yeah, those are my only negatives. Customer service could be a bit faster, but I'm sure the tracking number was just an honest mistake. Like I said though, the music box is amazing! It sounds beautiful, and it looks it too. Definitely worth it.
