Let me start out by saying the music boxes are great! The song selection here was better than any other place I checked - one of the three I bought wasn't available anywhere else at all! I bought three to give as a gift, and I couldn't be happier with them. But, the most important part of this review to me is regarding the customer service. I saw many people complain that the shipping took too long - it is true, it took quite some time, but for me, they were shipping from China to the U.S., so I expected some delay due to Covid-19 and post office issues. Honnebox shipped the items within 2 days after I purchased them, supplied a tracking number, and I was able to follow the progress of the shipment all the way through. The hold up came for me when the shipment reached the U.S. Post Office! After days with no movement there, I reached out to Customer Service at Honnebox via e-mail, and they replied within minutes to give me another tracking number and reassure me that the items were in transit. I was very impressed! Thanks to that, I was able to track them here in the US and they did arrive shortly after, just in time for the event I had purchased them for! So, overall, transit time was long, about 7 weeks, but due to no fault of the company. If you can prepare for that wait, you'll love the quality of the boxes and the great customer service!
