Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global coronavirus pandemic is affecting all of our communities and our way of life. During this time, we wanted to reach out and update you on how we’re approaching the situation at Honne Box.
LONGER PROCESSING TIME
Due to COVID-19 some of our workers, designer, and craftmanship are having time off for several weeks. So, it will take longer time to process your order until it has been shipped.
DELAY IN LOGISTICS AND SHIPMENT TIME
There're some restrictions in the logistics of the shipping company to limit their cargo package each day. This situation lead us to limit our daily shipment.
Please also notice the shipment time may get some delay even after your order has been shipped by the shipping company.
For customs in some countries that restrict the foreign shipment may cause the delay for several days.
